Shan State Buddhist University (SSBU) has successfully conducted a one-day Human Resources Management (HRM) training session today, tailored for Department Heads and Directors. The session was effectively presented by Hsu Myat Paing, a professional in human resources development and leadership training.

The training aimed to enhance leadership capabilities and strengthen HR proficiency within the university, contributing to SSBU’s ongoing commitment to academic and institutional excellence.
